how much will tickets cost?

General Admission tickets will cost $219.90, including all fees except delivery choices.
Park Waves VIP (18+ Only) package will be available in limited supply for $299.90 including all fees except delivery choices.

There will be a pay over time option for General Admission and Park Waves VIP (18+ Only) ticket purchases.
For General Admission there is a 1 x non-refundable deposit payment of $66.61 + 3 x monthly instalments of $56.10.
For Park Waves VIP (18+ Only) there is a 1 x non-refundable deposit payment of $93.17 + 3 x monthly instalments of $73.91.

what does the park waves vip package include?
  • VIP entry lane at the main entrance.
  • Exclusive access to a dedicated VIP area.
  • A dedicated VIP bar w/ seating and shade.
  • Access to an exclusive food offering inside the VIP area.*
  • Early Entry to the festival site to gain early access to merchandise.

will there be any additional charges when i purchase tickets?

No, except SMS delivery option that you can choose if you wish (including GST)

what time is the pre-sale?

For those who have registered, the DAL pre-sale starts Tuesday 22nd July from 5.00pm

what happens if i did not get my presale email?

Your DAL pre-sale email will be sent to you in the afternoon of Monday 21st July.

You will also receive an SMS around 5pm on Tuesday 22nd July when the pre-sale is open.

If you have not received anything by 12pm on Tuesday, 22nd July - please message Park Waves or Destroy All Lines on Facebook or Instagram  

what is the maximum amount of pre-sale tickets i can purchase?

The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased at any one time is 8.

I’m going to more than one city, can I purchase up to 8 tickets per show in the Presale?

YES!

how can i pay for my pre-sale tickets?

Mastercard, Visa Card only. We will also be offering a pay-over-time option for our customers.

I live overseas... how do i purchase tickets?

You can purchase tickets like any other customer. Please ensure you select the E-ticket option as we can’t send hard tickets overseas.

i am under 18 years of age, can i attend?

Yes. You will have to be 16 years or older (at the date of the event) to attend any event. You must be accompanied by a Responsible Adult. When purchasing your ticket, you must provide the accompanying Responsible Adult’s contact details.  These details will be assigned to the accompanying Minor and recorded on a dedicated emergency contact register for medical and operational purposes.

what is a responsible adult?

The rules differ from state to state, and you must be able to validate your relationship at the event on the day.

VICTORIA:

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998(Victoria) and licencing framework a responsible adult is defined as:

  • The minor’s parent, step‑parent, guardian, or grandparent
  • The minor’s spouse (if over 18)
  • A person acting in place of a parent, who can reasonably be expected to supervise the minor onsite

NEW SOUTH WALES:

Under the Liquor Act 2007 (NSW), the definition of a responsible adult is defined as:

  • The minor’s parent, step‑parent, or legal guardian;
  • Or any adult with parental rights, duties and responsibilities in relation to the minor—i.e. legally empowered to make decisions for them
  • Older siblings, cousins, friends, or partners do not qualify unless they hold legal parental responsibility.

QUEENSLAND:

Under Queensland law, a responsible adult is defined as:

  • The minor’s parent, step‑parent, or legal guardian
  • Or any adult with parental rights, duties and responsibilities in relation to the minor—i.e. a person authorised to make adult decisions on the child’s behalf

SOUTH AUSTRALIA:

Under SA law, including the Liquor LicensingAct 1997 and RSA training guidelines, the definition of a responsible adult is defined as:

  • The minor’s parent, step-parent, or legal guardian; or
  • An adult with parental rights and responsibilities in relation to the minor—meaning they are legally empowered to make decisions on behalf of the minor
  • A sibling, cousin, friend, or 18+ partner without legal parental rights is not a responsible adult—even if older than the minor

WESTERN AUSTRALIA:

As per the Liquor Control Regulations 1989(WA) the definition of a responsible adult is defined as:

  • A parent, step-parent, or guardian of the juvenile; or
  • An adult who has parental rights and responsibilities in relation to the juvenile while the juvenile is in their company.
  • A 19-year-old older sibling is not considered a responsible adult unless they have legal parental responsibility or guardianship.

A family friend or cousin is not sufficient unless appointed as a guardian by a court or legal instrument

i've 'reserved tickets' but do not have my confirmation and I'm freaking out?!

So long as you saw a confirmation page, you have tickets!

Due to the expected demand from people wanting to purchase tickets, Oztix may need to implement a queuing system to ensure customers have a smooth purchasing process. Once your order has been successfully processed, you will receive an order receipt from Oztix via email.It may take up to 2 hours to receive your actual tickets; however, most people will receive them within an hour.

If, after 6 hrs you have not received an order receipt from Oztix please email info@oztix.com.au with your name and email address, and they can look into it for you.

what happens if there is a problem with payment? will i lose my reservation?

Yes. Make sure you have a valid card (check the expiry date) and make sure you have enough credit on your card.

when is the general public sale?

Thursday 24th July, 10:00am Local Time in each state.

Where can I buy tickets in person once the General Public Sale starts?

Online sales only via www.oztix.com.au

when will i receive my tickets?

Barcode PDF E-ticket: You will be sent an email containing a PDF attachment with a barcode e-ticket for each ticket you have purchased.

when will i receive my tickets?

SMS: You will be sent a SMS with the information and a link to your tickets.

Souvenir tickets: You will be sent an update on these tickets in due course with instructions on how to receive your souvenir tickets. Please note these tickets are not to be used for entry but for you to keep as a memento of the day. Please bring your barcoded e-ticket, SMS or Oztix ticket to gain entry to the event.

why must i provide an email address?

This is so we can email your tickets to you or contact you in case of event changes.

what if i don't have an email address?

You will need to provide the email address of someone you know and trust so we can send your tickets to them.

pay over time faqs

what is pay over time?

Pay off your tickets in 4 easy instalments!

PLEASE NOTE: Your ticket will be paid over 4 x monthly instalments.

  • For General Admission there is a 1 x non-refundable deposit payment of $66.61 + 3 x monthly instalments of $56.10.
  • For Park Waves VIP (18+ Only) there is a 1 x non-refundable deposit payment of $93.17 + 3 x monthly instalments of $73.91.

(The monthly Pay Over Time option will end on 30 September, unless allocation is exhausted, so we recommend you purchase before that date to receive the 4 x monthly instalments option).

why is pay over time charged more than an upfront purchase?

There are additional processing and administration costs in offering the pay over time function. Unlike many other payment options out there, we do not penalise you with large interest charges in the event of a payment default.

I've booked my ticket with my first instalment paid. What happens now? When will payments be deducted?

Your 2nd payment will be deducted 1 month after your initial purchase, 3rd payment 1 month after that and so forth. If you purchased on the 24th July, your next payment will be on the 24th August, 3rd payment on 24th September and your final payment on the 24th October.

oh no, i missed a payment! what happens now? what should i do to avoid losing my tickets?

In the event of a default, you will be sent an email and the system will try again the following day. If you default again we will try a 3rd time the next day. If it's 3 strikes, you're out and you will have to contact Oztix to reinstate your schedule in order to secure the tickets.

Yes, absolutely!

We are committed to providing a festival experience that supports the diverse access needs of our patrons across all our venues. Each site is thoroughly reviewed and adapted to offer the most inclusive experience possible.

do you accomodate carers/companions?

We understand that some people have a need for a full time carer or companion. Park Waves will allow a valid ticket holder one free entry ticket for their legitimate carer. Please purchase your required ticket and then email info@oztix.com.au with your current carer or companion card information, or written proof of your status as a Carer and we will issue you one free ticket.

how does the festival support patrons with access needs?

While every venue has unique elements like terrain and layout, our team works diligently to overcome these challenges and remove barriers. We strive to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

You'll find consistent accessibility services across the festival, including:

  • Accessible viewing platform
  • Accessible toilets
  • Clearly signed accessible entry points
  • Easy-to-follow way finding

Our onsite team is always available at each venue to provide assistance whenever needed.

is accessible seating available at the festival?

At Park Waves, we provide a limited-capacity Accessible Viewing Platform.

This raised platform is specifically designed to offer an unobstructed view of the stage for patrons with mobility requirements, including those using wheelchairs or scooters, and their essential companions.

do i need to pre-register for the viewing platform?

Yes, pre-registration is essential to secure your spot.

Due to limited capacity on our Accessible Viewing Platforms, patrons must register by completing the form HERE

Once registered, we’ll be in touch to confirm your booking and ensure a wristband is available for collection at the festival.

can companion card holders access the viewing platform for free?

Yes. Valid Companion Card holders are entitled to one complimentary companion ticket for access to the Accessible Viewing Platform for approved patrons.

Please remember to present your physical Companion Card along with your tickets at the festival gate for verification.

is accessible parking available at each venue?

Yes limited dedicated accessible parking bays are available at or near each Park Waves venue.

Availability, layout, and proximity to accessible entrances may vary depending on the unique features of each location, but we strive to provide the most convenient options possible.

All accessible parking spaces must be pre-booked well in advance to ensure availability. A valid, government-issued Mobility Parking Permit (or equivalent) must be clearly displayed in your vehicle at all times. To book please email your details to info@destroyalllines.com

Venue-specific parking details, precise locations, and detailed access maps will be provided closer to the event date on our dedicated location pages. We encourage all patrons requiring accessible parking to review this information thoroughly once released.

what accessible transport options are available?

Given that Park Waves spans multiple unique venues, we collaborate closely with local transport providers in each festival city to offer a range of accessible options.

While specific details will differ by location, these typically include:

  • Public Transport: Accessible train and bus services featuring accessible boarding and step-free access where available on the network.
  • Festival Shuttles: Dedicated festival shuttle buses operating between selected major transport hubs and our venues (where applicable).
  • Ride Share & Taxi Zones: Clearly designated drop-off and pick-up zones for ride share services and taxis, positioned as close as possible to accessible festival entry points.

facilities & services

are accessible toilets available?

Yes, accessible toilet facilities are available at all Park Waves venues.

These are clearly signed across the festival grounds and prominently marked on all our event maps for easy navigation.

is first aid accessible?

Absolutely! Our First Aid points are fully accessible, ensuring that medical assistance is within reach for everyone. Should you require it, our trained medical staff are also able to come directly to your location anywhere on-site.

can i bring a service animal?

Yes. Accredited service animals are warmly welcomed at all Park Waves venues. Please ensure your service animal wears their official ID badge or medallion at all times. Water bowls and designated relief areas will be made available for them – simply ask any staff member for directions.

do you have a sensory space?

Yes. We understand that festivals can be overwhelming, so a quiet, dedicated Sensory Space will be available at all venues.

These spaces offer a calm retreat with low lighting and comfortable seating, however, we cannot guarantee it will be totally clear of music.

does the event provide sensory kits?

No we will not provide sensory kits however you are welcome to bring them with you into the event.

Please contact us at info@oztix.com.au prior to the event so we can send you a confirmation to show security if you have any issues with bag size or accessing the venue on the day.

Will lighting be friendly for those who are sensitive to strobe/intense lighting?

Due to the nature of the acts and scale of our production, we are not able to guarantee this and in most cases headline bands production includes strobe and intense light shows.

do any of the venues have an audio loop installed?

Due to the nature of the venues, none of the shows will have an audio loop available.

will there be changing places?

Changing Places facilities will not be available at the event. Please contact us here if you require assistance or alternative arrangements.

can i access support for hidden disabilities?

Park Waves is proud to support the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program, which uses the sunflower symbol to represent non-visible disabilities.

Patrons are welcome to wear Sunflower identification—such as a lanyard or pin—at our events as a discreet way to let our staff know they may need additional support or assistance. Our team members are trained to recognise the Sunflower and offer appropriate help.
